Synopsis:
In 1979, El Racó d'en Binu received the first two Michelin stars of a Catalan restaurant outside Barcelona. Francesc Fortí and Francina Suriñach have lived through the success and decline of a cuisine that is disappearing. The 70s and 80s catapulted their gastronomy and since then they have resisted modernity. The phone has not rung for years, but they continue to open the doors every day. Entering Binu is a journey through time and into the history of two stars in danger of extinction.
