This is the capsule of Radio Silenci, the radio of La Garriga. A capsule to keep up to date with the most relevant things happening in La Garriga for all those people who are interested in the cultural and natural heritage of La Garriga.

This year, the Mitja will not pass through the Passeig, as usual, but will travel through the streets of the city center.

The "La Mitja" Sports Association is organizing the 39th edition of the Granollers, Les Franqueses and La Garriga International Half Marathon, which will take place on the morning of March 2nd and, as a novelty this year, has a change of route as it passes through La Garriga.

Thus, "la Mitja" will not pass through the Passeig, as usual.

Next Friday, February 21, the Associació la Garriga Modernista is organizing an event to celebrate its 5th anniversary.

The event will take place at Can Raspall, starting at 4 p.m.

It will begin with the presentation of the Modernista sewing workshop by representatives of the City Council. Then, the dressmaker Maite Batalla will give an introduction to the clothing of the period.

From 5 p.m., the events hosted by the organization will take place, starting with a talk by historian Jordi Llimargas about Modernism and the social life of the period in La Garriga.
