In medieval times, the parish of La Garriga was made up of a scattered settlement, centered around La Doma and the Torre de Torruella, the predecessor of the fortified manor house of Rosanes. Other scattered farmhouses and some neighborhoods made up the feudal image of the 11th-13th centuries.
Some time later, in the late Middle Ages, from the 14th century onwards, a small population center was formed around the Plaza de Santa Isabel, which would eventually form the first historic center in La Garriga, next to the Cami Ral.
However, La Doma would be the parish church until well into the 18th century. A building that tells the history of the municipality, its people and its traditions like no other.
Dramatized visit to the Church of La Doma, accompanied by a guide and the intervention of different characters who will enliven the tour.
The activity will end with a tasting of local products.
