Built in 1913 (with a modernist facade), the venue has a hundred years of history of leisure and culture in the Garriga.
The cinema opened the Café - now gone - in 1914. It was the venue for political gatherings, dance and theater shows. The first projections date from 1928.

A young Inuit girl lives in a village of igloos where the cold is intense and constant, except for a few weeks a year, when flowers appear among the frost. One day, after the village's sacred stone breaks, she decides to embark on a journey in search of a solution. Along the way, she will meet the White Rabbit, the Tree Planter, and the Fem Transformer.

The Garriguenc Hiking Center (CEG) has been organizing a walk for years that follows the PR-C33, which consists of a circular itinerary around La Garriga and Figaró.
It is a non-competitive activity where everyone sets their own pace. It is a moderate route in terms of terrain but demanding in terms of distance and elevation.
