Guided tours

From the Visitor Center we propose a series of guided tours to get to know our heritage, its history and its people.

From the more medieval la Garriga to its modernist transformation, which turned the rural village into a real residential garden city. The phenomenon of summering in La Garriga was born, closely linked to the Barcelona bourgeoisie of the early 20th century. The Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) caused deaths, crises and hardships, experienced very intensely in the municipality. Spaces such as the station's anti-aircraft shelter or the Rosanes military airfield bear witness to this era.

There is much more to discover in La Garriga, and we would like you to join us...

We offer guided tours on the first and second Saturdays of the month, and other scheduled activities that you can consult, each one, in our activity agenda.

And remember, too, that we make guided tours for schools and organized groups (family gatherings, friends, celebrations, organizations and associations) tailored to the needs of all of you.

The Educational Service collects all the basic information so that schools can decide the type of activity they will like best, do not hesitate to consult us.
