These guided walks allow the discovery of the rich natural and cultural heritage of this singular space, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978. All itineraries are conducted by people who know the territory and are intended for the general public.

Pre-reserve and registration must be done to the different organizers of each exit. Places are limited and reserves will be made according to the order of registration.

Each output specifies the meeting place.
If time does not allow activity to be done in good conditions, it will be cancelled.

Requirements:

• It is necessary to wear comfortable shoes for walking and a canteen with water.
• It is essential to register in advance to guarantee your participation.
• Duration and difficulty: most outings are 3 hours long and are suitable for all audiences, with easy or medium difficulty.
• There are walks at the meeting point that can be accessed with the Park Bus, the Natural Park's public transport service (signposted with the corresponding pictogram).
