El Mètode, presents us with a curious selection of personnel.

How far are we willing to go to be the best? What are we capable of giving up? Our dignity? Our values?

Locked in the waiting room of an office building, seven candidates for a job offer from a large multinational accept a game: El Mètode. The seven candidates will have to face each other and bring out their best weapons to prove that they are the best option to occupy the prized job position.
