This weekend, La Garriga is warming up for the Christmas festivities with the celebration of two markets.

Nadal a casa

On the one hand, Can Luna will host, on Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December, from 10 am to 8 pm, the first edition of the "Nadal a casa" market, an initiative of Petits Encants Market in collaboration with the La Garriga City Council.

In addition to stalls with products from local creators and designers, you will find music, gastronomy and workshops for all ages. For Saturday, workshops have been scheduled for candles, air fresheners, wool, building a Christmas tree and painting tote bags. And on Sunday, there will be workshops for stars and lanterns, embroidery and Christmas wreaths.

There will also be music, from local artists such as Maria Castell, Aina Pola and Sam Ramos, on Saturday, and Núria Conangla and The Gospelizers on Sunday.

Barri de Dalt Christmas Market

On Sunday, December 1st, the traditional Barri de Dalt Christmas Market will be held, which is now in its 14th edition. You will find it from 10 am to 8 pm, on Calàbria Street.

Due to the market, the Sagalés line that crosses La Garriga will be affected. Thus, the stops at Ctra Nova - Canonge Collell, Ctra Nova - Les Roques, Ctra Nova - Caritat, Calàbria - Bertí, Ctra de Vic - Montserrat Roig and Ctra de Vic - Can Torre de la Riba will be cancelled. The provisional stop will be located at Ctra. de l'Atmetlla - Ceràmica. The rest of the stops will not be affected.
