La Garriga will receive, as is tradition, the Canigó Flame to celebrate the eve of Sant Joan.
It will be on the evening of next Tuesday, June 23. The events will start at 6:30 p.m., with the Flame's arrival at Plaça de Can Caralt. There, a torch will be lit and carried, in relays, through the streets of Calàbria, Carretera Nova and Banys.
At 8:15 p.m., the popular parade will begin, from Plaça de Santa Isabel, which will end at Plaça de l'Església at 8:30 p.m., where there will be a reception, speeches, popular dances and the lighting of the Sant Joan fire.
Immediately afterwards, at 9 p.m., the children's fire run of the Front Diabòlic will take place.
