The legacy of the cuisine is the result of a mix of traditional cuisine cooked in the homes of peasant families with the more sophisticated recipes, often of French origin, that were brought by families of summer vacationers or spas. In this cooking demonstration, run by the catering guild, we can learn a little more about some of the most popular Modernist cooking preparations. At the end, a tasting of Modernist dishes will be offered to participants.
