At 11:30 a.m. - Street entertainment 'The Lord of the Spinning Tops' in Plaça del Silenci
A gentleman who comes from unknown places to present us with a universe where each spinning top, trottola and toupie, generates a life of its own, manifesting a unique and delirious world. A cosmos that he manipulates with virtuosity and charm, a spectacle as singular as it is hypnotic, in which technique becomes poetry.

At 12:30 p.m. - Modernist walk and vermouth, departing from Plaça del Silenci
A walk will begin simulating the walks that the summer camp took to show off their status and social condition. We invite all the public to join the walk to discover different unique spaces and enjoy cultural tastings with the musical accompaniment of the group "Vas i Vents" who will perform a musical repertoire of the time.
Route: Plaça del Silenci, Illa Raspall, the Passeig, c. Mina, Balneari Blancafort, c. Banys, Can Raspall, Hotel Termes, c. Sant Lluís, c. Manuel Raspall, c. Caselles and Can Barbey.
People who want to participate as extras must come with period costumes (see the MODERNIST CLOTHING section of this program) and send an email to promocio@ajlagarriga.cat.
The activity will end with a modernist vermouth, at the Can Barbey tennis court for the extras who, dressed in period costumes, have participated in the walk.

The lady and the gentleman of the house decide to undertake a renovation of their mansion as an excuse to remedy the deep depression of their husband due to the death of his aunt.A work full of humor, irony and complications by the Frec a Frec company that will take you through the Emili Sala, Domingo Pujades and Sunyol houses of Autisme la Garriga in the Ronda del Carril.

From 5 to 8:30 p.m. - Stalls of merchants, artisans and trades exhibition on c. Banys i Centre
In the afternoon you will also find a modernist trades exhibition where you can learn how people who were dedicated to craft trades worked, hat workshops, modernist details and dynamization activities.
At 6 p.m. the Grallarriga group will liven up the traders' area with period music.

At 5 pm - Modernist sardana dance, gardens of the Asil Hospital at c. de la Doma, 18
The “Lluïsos cobla” will perform classic and centenary sardanas that will recall the traditional dances of the time. Activity open to everyone.

- At 5 pm - Show 'El retorn dels putxinel·lis' in the Plaça de l'Església
A traditional Catalan puppet show, which recovers the purity and the most classic and genuine aesthetics. A journey through time that will transport us to some of the cultural activities that Titelles Sebastià Vergés performed more than a hundred years ago in the Quatre Gats, in the casinos or in the cultural athenae. A show with music taken from the scores of the book “El Titella pròdig”, by Santiago Rusiñol.

From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Say hello to the modernist tourist couple, take a photo with them and take it home! In the Plaça de Can Dachs
Genís Esteve and Elisenda Vidal, an elegant and adventurous couple from the early 20th century, have just got married and will be making little getaways around the region during the weekends. Today, take advantage of the fact that they are in La Garriga and take a modernist photo with them and their vintage camera.
You can also find them at all the modernist fairs in the province. Check out all the upcoming getaways at bcnmoltmes/modernisme. Activity promoted by the Diputació de Barcelona - Barcelona is much more.
- At 6 p.m. - Talk: Summer vacations and the springs of La Garriga at Can Raspall at c. Banys, 40
La Garriga has been a place where water has been important since time immemorial, especially the Pou Calent and, in general, the thermal water, and the Congost River. In addition to the natural, historical and cultural values of the springs, the urban look of the summer vacationers that began to populate La Garriga was added at the beginning of the 20th century, adding new uses and monumentalizing some springs. Òscar Farrerons, architect and, among many other things, co-founder of the “Projecte Fonts del Montseny”, will take us into this world of water and heritage that, sadly, is slipping through our fingers. At the end, a snack will be offered like the ones that summer vacationing families used to make at the springs: water with aniseed and bread with chocolate.
- At 6:45 p.m. - 'Ambicions' show in Plaça de l'Església
A female violinist comes to give a concert. For her, size does matter: she wants more and more, to play more, to reach the maximum. Her need to climb very high and give the best concert will lead to an ecstasy that she may not be able to get down. A show with live music, full of poetry and humor.
- At 8 p.m. - Gastronomy 'Modernist Cooking Demonstration' at Can Luna
The legacy of the cuisine is the result of a mixture of traditional cuisine cooked in the homes of peasant families with the most sophisticated recipes, often of French origin, brought by summer families or spas. In this cooking demonstration, run by the catering guild, we can learn a little more about some of the most popular Modernist cooking preparations. At the end, a tasting of Modernist dishes will be offered to participants.
