We start the route at the end of the Passeig and the walk begins in an eastward direction, crossing the Malhivern forest, an holm oak forest that will take us to the stream of the same name and that will allow us to take a tour to discover a brick oven, almond fields, olive groves and vineyards characteristic of the dry land that bring us closer to the rural origins of La Garriga.

The guided tour is done in collaboration with Aprèn Serveis Ambientals and the Visitor Center, an opportunity to take this walk discovering the entire environmental and cultural aspect of the route.

On the occasion of the publication by Editorial Alpina of its guide dedicated to the Vallès Oriental region, the day before, July 4, there will be a presentation event of this guide at the Strogoff Bookstore (c. Can Xic Corder, 2) in La Garriga, at 7:30 p.m.
