This new event, which will take place from October 18 to 20, aims to promote collaboration and interaction between local artists and the public, through artistic routes and musical performances.
The EntreArtistes festival, promoted by the Associació Mirada la Garriga, presents itself as an opportunity to discover local talent, through activities that will encourage direct interaction with the artists, allowing for an immersive and enriching experience.
On Friday 18 October, the program will start with the opening of the festival, by Roger Pera, and the Inaugural Concert Between Artists, at 9 pm, in Plaça del Silenci. It will feature an art in action activity, in which several artists will create live works inspired by live music. These works will be auctioned on Sunday, October 20.
On Saturday 19 October, from 10am to 8pm, you can explore Artistic Routes. These routes, identified by different colors, will allow you to explore various areas of the municipality while visiting the workshops of local artists (24 workshops). The routes will be properly signposted with maps and information points, including indications on accessibility for people with reduced mobility. In addition, workshops will be organized for all ages, with the aim of bringing art closer to citizens and encouraging the active participation of people of all ages and backgrounds.
Throughout the day, in addition, there will be several workshops, activities and performances distributed in different spaces of the municipality.
It should also be borne in mind that on Saturday afternoon the Visitor Center will be moved to Can Raspall in order to be able to provide a better service.
The last day of the festival, Sunday 20 October, will begin with a morning of Urban Sketching in Plaça del Silenci, followed by a Vermouth at Noon (12 hours) and the auction of the works created during the opening concert. This activity will be animated by the Jam La Garriga Association, which will offer a "jam session".
Previous exhibition of works
During the two weeks that preceded the festival, it was possible to see a sample of the works of the participating artists, exhibited in shops and other spaces in the Garriga. This initiative sought to involve the entire commercial fabric of the municipality, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and expectation before the festival.
