QR codes have been installed at the interpretation station of the Roman Village of Can Terrers.

By scanning them, the public will have a 360º image of that same place but 2,000 years ago, in the first century AD.

This year, 2021, the La Garriga Visitor Centre will take a step in the accessibility and inclusion of all the public in our range of group-guided activities. 

On Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 5m, the City Council launches a new itinerary The ways of food. The transformation of La Garriga through food that will cover the historical spaces of La Garriga linked to the production and the local food. The objective is to show the transformations in food consumption and the diversity of ways of feeding in La Garriga over time. A reflective look on the rich culinary heritage and gastronomic, social and historical panorama of the municipality.

After the success of the latest editions, the Fira de la Butifarra 2019 come back to La Garriga to promote this local quality product. From 9 to 10 March, we will live an event that aims to promote local commerce and the municipality. Starting with one of the most emblematic products of the town - the sausage - you will discover the traditional production of this sausage in the municipality and at the same time a whole range of recreational and cultural options.
